This Privacy Policy applies to the portal

RIBIN (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Portal’) recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. The Portal is a service provided by CloserTech Private Limited (“Company). We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Policy describes how we treat the user information we collect. The terms ‘we’, ‘our(s)’ or ‘us’ wherever used hereinafter shall refer to Company and the Portal; and the terms ‘you’, ‘yours’ etc. shall refer to the end-users of the Portal who subscribe to it and utilize it to purchase gift cards. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors of our Portal and to our online customers. By visiting and/or using our Portal, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

a) Contact information: We might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin code, country, gender and IP address.

b) Payment and billing information: We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you subscribe to the Portal. We do not collect your credit/debit card number, card expiry date, or other details pertaining to your card on our Portal. Payments shall be made through our Portal; however credit/debit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner.

c) Demographic information: We may collect demographic information about you, products and services that you are interested in, or any other information provided by you during the use of our Portal. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

d) Other information: If you use our Portal, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using. Certain information may also be collected through web crawling.

2. WAYS OF INFORMATION COLLECTION:

a) Directly from you: We collect information directly from you when you subscribe to the Portal. We also collect information if you post a comment on our Portal, or ask us a question through phone or email.

b) Collected passively from you: We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our Portal and the pages that you visit. This information is used to provide you with a more personalized experience on our Portal.

c) From third parties: We may collect certain information pertaining to you from third parties. If you use an integrated social media feature on our Portal, the third-party social media site will give us certain information about you. This could include, but may not be limited to, your name and email address.

3. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

a) For contacting purposes: We might use the information you provide to contact you for confirmation of a subscription on our Portal or for other promotional purposes.

b) Response to your requests or questions: We might use your information to address any queries raised by you regarding the Portal, subscription, or the purchase of any gift cards.

c) Improving our services: We might use your information to customize your experience with us. This could include displaying content based upon, and curated as per your preferences.

d) Observing site trends and customer interests: We may use your information to make our Portal and services better. We may combine information we get from you with information about you we get from third parties.

e) Security purposes: We may use information to protect our company/LLP, our customers, or our Portal.

These might be our own offers, or third-party offers that we think will be suitable for you. Furthermore, upon subscription to our Portal, we may enroll you in our newsletter.

g) Transactional communications: We might send you emails or SMS about subscriptions to our Portal, the purchase of gift cards through our Portal, or for any other use by you of the Portal and services being offered thereunder which has a transactional element associated with it. We use information as otherwise permitted by law.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION WITH THIRD-PARTIES:

We may share information with third parties in the following ways:

a) Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

5. ACCOUNT DELETION

We respect your right to delete your account and remove your personal data from our systems. If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:

a) Log in to the App: Ensure you are logged into your account within the Ribin app.

b) Navigate to Profile: Go to the Profile section of the app.

c) Access Settings: In the Profile section, find and tap on the Settings option.

d) Delete Account: Tap on the "Delete Account" option and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
